The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating procurement activities, maintaining accurate records, and helping the team move projects forward efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate purchasing activities by organizing bid materials, preparing pricing comparison documents, and supporting sourcing initiatives from start to finish.<br>• Review supplier quotations and submission packages to confirm accuracy, completeness, and alignment with procurement requirements.<br>• Manage communication with vendors by gathering questions, tracking responses, and ensuring follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.<br>• Maintain procurement records, bid documentation, and sourcing trackers to support accurate reporting and audit readiness.<br>• Assist with collecting product samples, monitoring their status, and coordinating internal feedback for review by purchasing stakeholders.<br>• Support supplier onboarding activities by updating vendor information and ensuring required documentation is received and recorded.<br>• Monitor outstanding supplier deliverables related to pricing, samples, and administrative requirements, escalating issues when needed.<br>• Contribute to the planning and coordination of procurement-related events and provide administrative support to the broader sourcing team.<br>• Prepare routine reports and provide ad hoc support for business systems, data administration, and team reporting needs.
