- <p><strong>Job Title: Business Central Consultant</strong></p><p>Robert Half is seeking a <strong>Business Central Consultant</strong> to lead system configuration and support key finance and accounting processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Configure and optimize <strong>Business Central / D365</strong>, including <strong>GL, chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and core accounting setup</strong>.</li><li>Support daily finance operations and ensure the system is structured to run the <strong>daily books efficiently and accurately</strong>.</li><li>Partner with finance leadership to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system and process solutions.</li><li>Build and improve <strong>financial reporting</strong> capabilities to support management, operational, and executive reporting needs.</li><li>Prepare the ERP environment and reporting structure for a company <strong>approaching public company readiness</strong>, including <strong>IFRS reporting</strong> requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams on integrations, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience implementing or enhancing <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.</strong></li><li>Strong background in <strong>general ledger, chart of accounts design, financial reporting, and accounting operations</strong>.</li><li>Understanding of <strong>IFRS reporting</strong> and finance process requirements in a growing or pre-IPO environment.</li><li>Ability to work closely with accounting and leadership teams to improve controls, reporting, and system usability.</li><li>Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP optimization, or system readiness for scale.</li></ul><p><br></p>
