- <p>We are looking for an <strong>IAM/Active Directory Architect</strong> to provide specialized onsite identity and access management support for a client in Ottawa, Ontario. This Long-term Contract opportunity focuses on hands-on administration and configuration of OpenText (NetIQ) identity products, with a strong emphasis on delivering assigned work independently and efficiently. The successful consultant will bring practical experience with Advanced Authentication and will contribute through task-based delivery in a client-facing environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Carry out onsite administration and configuration activities for OpenText (NetIQ) identity management solutions based on client-assigned priorities.</p><p>• Complete defined IAM support tasks independently while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with operational requirements.</p><p>• Configure and support Advanced Authentication components to meet security and access control needs.</p><p>• Assess technical requests, determine appropriate actions, and implement changes within the client environment.</p><p>• Provide hands-on expertise for identity and directory services related to IAM and Active Directory architecture.</p><p>• Document completed work, configuration updates, and key technical details to support continuity and knowledge sharing.</p><p>• Collaborate with client stakeholders during onsite engagements to clarify requirements and report on task progress.</p>
