This is a full-time/permanent role on site. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Advantages:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong>-Competitive salary (105-140K) + 10-15% bonus </p><p>-Benefits + RRSP matching</p><p>-4 weeks vacation</p><p>-Free parking</p><p>-Excellent culture and leadership team </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Guide and support Store Managers through regular coaching, performance discussions, and clear expectations tied to operational goals.</p><p>• Convert company-wide objectives into practical plans for each location, including staffing needs, weekly priorities, and follow-up actions to address gaps.</p><p>• Establish consistent approaches for onboarding, training, and performance management in partnership with external HR support.</p><p>• Monitor key operational and financial indicators such as shop capacity, labour efficiency, repair volume, average transaction value, margin performance, and service conversion.</p><p>• Partner with location leaders to improve scheduling, workflow organization, pricing discipline, and overall productivity in the service bays.</p><p>• Work closely with senior leadership and finance partners on budgeting, forecasting, margin review, and explanations for operating variances across locations.</p><p>• Oversee quality assurance activities, including site reviews, issue tracking, root cause investigation, and implementation of corrective measures.</p><p>• Maintain high standards for customer service and compliance by tracking repeat repairs, warranty concerns, customer feedback, satisfaction results, and online reputation metrics.</p><p>• Lead weekly operating reviews, prepare location-level and consolidated reporting, and ensure action items are completed within agreed timelines.</p><p>• Manage vendor relationships, equipment upkeep, inventory practices, and the proper use of approved tools for inspections, reporting, training, and workflow control.</p>
