<p>We are looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team on a 6 month contract. If you have a strong background in financial reporting, leadership, and compliance with accounting standards, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and MD& A to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.</p><p>• Provide assistance on executing on the requirements of IFRS, including IFRS 2, Share-based payments, IFRS 3, Business Combinations, IFRS 9, Financial Instruments and IFRS 16 Leases.</p><p>• Research and evaluate new IFRS accounting standards, assessing their impact on financial statements and policies.</p><p>• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues, including drafting and reviewing technical position papers.</p><p>• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support.</p><p><br></p>
