This role is IN OFFICE (with flexibility)</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity by developing and implementing internal controls.</p><p>• Collaborate closely with senior management to guide financial strategy and decision-making.</p><p>• Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic planning and business development.</p><p>• Handle financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance.</p><p>• Manage the company’s budgeting process, forecast financial trends, and analyze variances.</p><p>• Prepare financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.</p><p>• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity for operations.</p><p>• Support management with financial decision-making, including cost-saving initiatives and profitability analysis.</p><p>• Manage banking relationships and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.</p><p>• Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.</p>
