This hybrid opportunity will provide contract recruitment support while helping the team manage a steady volume of hiring needs across corporate functions. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end hiring activities, build strong talent pipelines, and work closely with business leaders to deliver an efficient and detail-oriented recruitment experience.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned corporate vacancies, from intake discussions through to offer coordination and pre-employment steps.<br>• Advertise openings through suitable hiring channels and tailor posting strategies to attract talent with relevant experience in competitive markets.<br>• Identify and engage prospective candidates using sourcing platforms, referral networks, job boards, and existing talent pools.<br>• Assess applications, shortlist suitable individuals, and conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate fit and interest.<br>• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and a smooth scheduling process.<br>• Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding-related activities, including background checks and other required screenings.<br>• Keep candidate records, hiring updates, and requisition details accurate and current within the applicant tracking system.<br>• Handle a concurrent workload of approximately 10 active requisitions while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.<br>• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand immediate and upcoming workforce needs and adjust sourcing plans accordingly.<br>• Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruitment practices, tools, interview materials, and talent acquisition resources.
