The ideal candidate will excel at managing customer relationships, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate data while working in a fast-paced setting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Enter customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring any schedule adjustments are reflected appropriately.<br>• Manage forecasts and production schedules for long lead-time projects to align with customer expectations.<br>• Process invoices with precision, maintaining accuracy in all billing activities.<br>• Oversee shipping and receiving operations, verifying documentation and ensuring timely delivery.<br>• Reconcile consignment inventory and handle related invoicing tasks efficiently.<br>• Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics teams to follow up on orders and address any issues.<br>• Resolve customer inquiries and problems by leveraging organizational and problem-solving skills.<br>• Share relevant data and updates with internal teams to ensure seamless communication.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to manage data and generate reports as needed.<br>• Maintain a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
