  • <p>We are currently supporting a Notary Public Office based in Langley who are recruiting for a Staff Notary to join their growing team.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Notarize documents and provide legal advice to clients.</li><li>Review client contracts and identify specific requirements for files.</li><li>Correspondence with clients, realtors, banks, property management companies, LTO, BC Online, any other person or institution in order to ensure ZNP has all necessary information for each file.</li><li>Supervise conveyancers to ensure we have received all documents and follow up on any outstanding document to ensure all necessary documents are received by ZNP before closing date.</li><li>Review all conveyancing documents before signing with clients.</li><li>Supervise conveyancers on follow ups with any file requirement after the closed deal to ensure all obligations with each file are fully met by ZNP before the final file closure, including, but not limited to discharges and holdbacks.</li><li>Offer to every client you meet to get their Will done. Book clients and perform meetings.</li><li>Supporting some administrative duties as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
