The OpportunityReporting to senior leadership, the Quality Control Manager will oversee the organization’s quality management program, ensuring compliance with industry standards, certification requirements, and internal quality processes. This role will be responsible for managing quality systems, inspections, testing procedures, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with plant leadership, production teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure products consistently meet or exceed customer and industry expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within precast concrete, concrete manufacturing, or construction materials, along with a solid understanding of quality assurance processes, testing standards, and production environments.
