Responsibilities:• Own design end to end across multiple concurrent initiatives — from upstream problem framing and research through to high-fidelity UI, delivery and handoff • Shape briefs, not just respond to them — identifying what the real problem is before the team has named it, and influencing direction before decisions are locked • Build trust quickly with product and engineering partners — demonstrating through the quality and pace of your work that good design makes outcomes better • The bar is rising, but quality is still the differentiator. You’ll use AI as a core part of how you design — prototyping faster, synthesizing research at scale, exploring more directions in less time — while leading with design judgement that AI can't replace • Produce interfaces that are visually considered, interaction-sound, accessible and aligned to design system standards — you know that UI is where the experience becomes real for users • Contribute to the team's case study output — documenting what worked, what didn't, and what it proved about design's value • Raise the capability of the team around you through pairing, critique and direct feedback — you are a multiplier, not just a contributor
