This is a key role for someone who understands how to manage complex pursuits from initial RFP review through final submission, while coordinating technical teams and ensuring every submission is accurate, compliant, compelling, and delivered on time.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Proposal Management – Primary Focus</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the coordination, preparation, and submission of RFPs, RFQs, tenders, qualifications packages, and other business development pursuits</li><li>Review solicitation documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, compliance requirements, and key deadlines</li><li>Coordinate with technical teams and leadership to gather, develop, and refine proposal content</li><li>Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, review cycles, and submission logistics</li><li>Coordinate with external consultants and teaming partners on joint pursuits</li><li>Maintain proposal tracking systems, pursuit calendars, and reporting, including win/loss analysis and post-submission follow-up</li><li>Coordinate proposal debriefs and document lessons learned to strengthen future pursuits</li><li>Maintain and improve proposal templates, project sheets, staff resumes, boilerplate content, and other proposal resources</li><li>Ensure submissions are accurate, polished, compliant, and aligned with client requirements</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Marketing & Business Development</strong></p><ul><li>Develop project profiles, case studies, presentations, award submissions, and other marketing collateral</li><li>Coordinate website and social media content highlighting projects, milestones, awards, and industry involvement</li><li>Monitor BC Bid, MERX, Bids & Tenders, and other procurement platforms for relevant opportunities</li><li>Research prospective clients, market activity, and industry developments</li><li>Support conferences, networking events, sponsorships, and industry relationship-building initiatives</li><li>Maintain business development databases, opportunity pipelines, and pursuit calendars</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
