We are looking for a Talent Development & Learning Administrator to join a healthcare organization in Toronto, Ontario on a Contract basis. This position supports learning initiatives by coordinating training logistics, maintaining accurate development records, and helping deliver a smooth experience for employees and stakeholders. Working in a hybrid environment, the successful candidate will provide reliable administrative support to the Talent Development & Learning team while contributing to key people and culture projects. Responsibilities: • Maintain learning records, update training documentation, monitor employee development activity, and prepare reports for the team as needed. • Organize training sessions by sending invitations, confirming attendance, and coordinating schedules with internal participants and stakeholders. • Arrange meeting spaces, catering, and audiovisual or technical requirements to ensure learning events run efficiently. • Provide day-of support for training programs, including troubleshooting basic technical issues and assisting facilitators and attendees. • Support the annual talent review process by managing calendars, preparing agendas, attending meetings, and capturing detailed notes. • Compile discussion notes and organize information into clear, individualized follow-up packages for leadership and participants. • Work closely with People & Culture and other functional teams to coordinate meetings, communications, and project-related administrative activities. • Assist with general administrative duties that support talent development programs, learning operations, and broader team priorities.
