About the OpportunityOur client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers, practice groups, and internal committees to support marketing initiatives, business development activities, events, proposals, and communications. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer, highly organized, comfortable working with strong personalities, and able to quickly understand legal terminology and professional services environments. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft, edit, and coordinate marketing and business development content for various practice areas</li><li>Support lawyers with marketing initiatives, client communications, thought leadership content, and promotional materials</li><li>Assist with the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and business development submissions using established templates</li><li>Develop and refine copy for website content, campaigns, event promotions, and client-facing materials</li><li>Coordinate with lawyers and internal stakeholders to gather information and meet project deadlines</li><li>Support an ongoing website refresh and related digital marketing initiatives</li><li>Ensure all materials adhere to firm branding standards and guidelines</li><li>Partner with the Events Coordinator to support seminars, conferences, sponsorships, and client events</li><li>Collaborate with the firm's Graphic Designer to develop and update marketing collateral</li><li>Track multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities across different practice groups and committees</li></ul>

They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the organization's end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring materials, components, and finished goods are available when needed while balancing cost, quality, inventory levels, production requirements, and supplier performance. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Engineering, this role will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, Production Control, Sales, and Finance.
