THE ROLE:Our client is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to support a critical NetSuite implementation during a key phase of the project lifecycle. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a 3-month HRIS transformation initiative. This role will focus heavily on business process definition, requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, and change adoption rather than hands-on system configuration. The organization has already received guidance on how to configure its ADP environment, but now needs support determining how its business processes should actually operate within the system.
