This is a remote contract opportunity, candidates MUST be local to Canada and able to work in the Eastern Timezone.</p><p><br></p><p>We're looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing organic demand generation initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline growth. The successful candidate will develop content, create email nurture programs, build campaigns and workflows in HubSpot, support webinar and event marketing initiatives, and analyze performance to optimize results.</p><p> </p><p>What You’ll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Develop and execute organic demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and support business growth.</li><li>Create campaign assets including email sequences, landing pages, webinar promotions, case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content.</li><li>Build and manage marketing campaigns directly within HubSpot, including workflows, lead nurture programs, segmentation, forms, and reporting.</li><li>Support webinar, virtual event, and conference promotion from registration through post-event follow-up.</li><li>Leverage AI tools to improve content development, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex industry topics into compelling marketing content.</li><li>Execute email marketing and nurture campaigns that support prospects throughout the buyer journey.</li><li>Manage project timelines, campaign deliverables, and marketing calendars to ensure successful execution.</li></ul>
