- <p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Change Manager – HCM Transformation (Contract)</strong> to support a large healthcare organization undergoing post-implementation optimization of its <strong>enterprise HCM systems (Workday & UKG)</strong> in Toronto, ON through a 6-mon contract engagement. This role will guide change initiatives tied to HR, payroll, scheduling, and related enterprise processes, with a strong focus on improving adoption, reducing operational risk, and strengthening stakeholder confidence.
