Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is critical in ensuring plant reliability, optimizing maintenance programs, and supporting overall production performance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance and repair activities for a busy manufacturing plant. This individual will play a key leadership role in aligning maintenance strategies with production goals, minimizing downtime, and fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture.
