This position follows a hybrid model with 1-2 days per week in the office.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of cloud and infrastructure environments, including Microsoft 365 platforms, service management tools, and related enterprise systems.<br>• Maintain and enhance network operations across LAN, WAN, firewall, and wireless infrastructure using technologies such as Cisco, Checkpoint, and Aruba.<br>• Lead technical workstreams for infrastructure initiatives by planning implementations, assessing dependencies, and coordinating delivery with project managers, developers, database specialists, vendors, and other stakeholders.<br>• Diagnose complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to improve service stability and performance.<br>• Prepare clear technical documentation for solution design, operational procedures, support activities, and project milestones throughout the delivery lifecycle.<br>• Support governance, controls, and operational best practices by contributing to asset management, incident handling, change processes, and vendor coordination.<br>• Participate in modernization efforts, remediation activities, system upgrades, and platform enhancements that improve resiliency, security, and business alignment.<br>• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and alerting across core systems, and help develop recovery-focused approaches including disaster recovery readiness.<br>• Apply security principles and sound engineering practices to infrastructure design, administration, and support activities.<br>• Contribute to both business-as-usual operations and project-based assignments while managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
