This role reports directly to the General Manager and provides collaborative leadership, strategic operational excellence, and continuous improvement across finance, accounting, reporting & systems, audit, compliance, and risk management, as well as support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board of Directors.</p><p><br></p><p>This position plays a critical role in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance for a complex retail operation involving multiple and diverse revenue streams in Grocery, Fuel Stations, cardlocks, home renovation & Ag supply retail outlets.
