The role begins as a 3-month contract with the potential to continue based on business needs and performance.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Create and issue claim-related documents, including member letters, third-party communications, consent paperwork, and requests connected to official reports.<br>• Enter and process authorized payments tied to claim files, such as appraisal costs, invoice reimbursements, and report fees.<br>• Assist the Total Loss team by assembling and sending proof of loss packages to support timely claim resolution.<br>• Obtain external documentation, including police and fire incident reports, to support file review and investigation activities.<br>• Forward property damage claim files to legal counsel when requested and ensure records are handled accurately.<br>• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming correspondence so that documents are directed to the correct teams without delay.<br>• Contact customers by phone to collect first notice of loss details for claims submitted outside regular business hours or through online channels.<br>• Respond to incoming calls as needed and direct each inquiry to the appropriate department in an efficient and thorough manner.
