Vous participerez activement à diverses opérations financières tout en interagissant avec plusieurs départements internes et partenaires externes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsabilités:</p><p>• Superviser les opérations quotidiennes des fonds, incluant la gestion de la comptabilité et le suivi de la trésorerie.</p><p>• Vérifier la conformité des opérations des fonds avec la documentation juridique et les réglementations locales.</p><p>• Collaborer étroitement avec des équipes internes telles que la gestion, les relations investisseurs, le pôle produits, et les départements de conformité, risque, trésorerie et juridique.</p><p>• Établir des relations avec des partenaires externes tels que les auditeurs, les conseillers juridiques et fiscaux, ainsi que les banques.</p><p>• Gérer les tâches liées aux engagements financiers, comme les covenants, les rapports, les remboursements et le calcul des intérêts.</p><p>• Calculer la valorisation des fonds et les indicateurs de performance, tout en préparant les rapports financiers périodiques.</p><p>• Assurer le suivi des frais de gestion et valider les comptes annuels en collaboration avec les auditeurs.</p><p>• Produire des rapports ad hoc pour les investisseurs et répondre aux demandes des départements internes.</p><p>• Participer à des projets globaux visant à améliorer les processus, les outils de reporting et la fiabilité des données.</p><p>• Identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes pour optimiser les opérations financières.</p>
