<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Informatica MDM Developer</strong> to design, develop, and implement master data management solutions for our client. This role requires deep expertise in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) tools and technologies, as well as strong problem-solving skills to support business-critical data integration, governance, and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical skill set, a passion for data management, and a strong ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to support enterprise-wide data strategies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>1. MDM Implementation & Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and implement solutions using Informatica MDM Hub components, including configurations for data consolidation, hierarchy management, and trust and match rules.</li><li>Develop and optimize data architecture, workflows, and pipelines using Informatica tools such as PowerCenter, MDM Hub, and Data Quality.</li><li>Configure and enhance master data models, cleansing rules, entity validation, and merge processes.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Data Integration & Quality:</strong></p><ul><li>Integrate data from various sources using ETL processes and Informatica tools (e.g., PowerCenter, IDQ).</li><li>Develop and implement data quality rules to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data.</li><li>Analyze and resolve issues related to duplicate records, incorrect matching logic, and inconsistencies in master data.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to identify requirements for master data across key domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Vendor, etc.).</li><li>Partner with data governance and analytics teams to define and maintain data standards and workflows.</li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to address performance optimization needs and resolve technical bottlenecks.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Data Governance & Compliance:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure adherence to Data Governance policies, privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA), and industry regulations while implementing MDM solutions.</li><li>Create documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows to ensure transparency and compliance.</li></ul><p><strong>5. Performance Optimization & Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure efficient operation of Informatica MDM solutions.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues promptly and identify long-term fixes to improve platform reliability.</li><li>Provide post-implementation technical support and actively contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives</li></ul>

<p>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p><p>Technical Expertise:</p><ul><li>3–5+ years of hands-on experience working with Informatica MDM tools, including MDM Hub, PowerCenter, and Data Quality.</li><li>Proven expertise in designing match rules, trust rules, and hierarchy structures within MDM.</li><li>Strong SQL development skills and knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.</li><li>Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).</li></ul><p><strong>Please note: This role would require a minimum of 3 days a week in-office. Remote workers will not be considered for this position</strong></p>
