<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>We are searching for a driven, proactive problem-solver who meets the following qualifications and competencies:</p><ul><li>Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities to evaluate complex information within tight deadlines.</li><li>Advanced financial modeling expertise and proficiency in explaining results to drive strategy.</li><li>Superior attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver accurate work consistently.</li><li>A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.</li><li>Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience as knowledge of IFRS is required.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance combined with CPA designation or MBA.</li><li>Must have 2-3 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial automation).</li><li>Demonstrated experience in performance reporting and developing meaningful financial metrics.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
