Executive Assistant
<p>Our client is seeking an experienced<strong> Executive Assistant </strong>to join their team for a long-term contract in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you will support Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs) by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a hybrid work environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage complex calendars and schedules for MDPs.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.</li><li>Prepare and process timesheets and expense reports accurately and on time.</li><li>Support internal initiatives, including practice area activities, committees, and recruitment.</li><li>Assist with client relationship management, proposals, presentations, and account planning.</li><li>Conduct research and gather information to support MDP decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with peers and provide backup support to the assistant team.</li><li>Handle additional administrative duties as required, including document management and personal support.</li></ul>
