<p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p><p><strong>Top Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years in PSP, fintech, or payment gateway environments with experience in account management, B2B role or technical support</li><li>Strong understanding of finance payment flows (authorization, capture, settlement) and API integrations</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Jira, BI dashboards, and troubleshooting platforms</li><li>Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SDKs, Postman, JSON, and webhook integrations</li><li>Working experience in transaction data analysis, reconciliation, and payment operations</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building trust and driving successful engagement with diverse stakeholders</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, prioritize projects, set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, finance, or related field</li><li>Experience with global financial payment methods, fraud prevention tools, and regulatory compliance are definitely an asset </li></ul><p>This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is selected.
