This is a position offering an opportunity to work closely with firm partners and a collaborative staff to deliver high-quality service to a diverse portfolio of clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead and oversee accounting projects and client engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards and deadlines</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and train accountants, reviewing workpapers and guiding professional development</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for clients</li><li>Manage client relationships by addressing questions and providing expert advice on accounting and tax matters</li><li>Assist with ongoing process improvements and help implement best practices across the firm</li><li>Support audit and tax teams on complex projects as needed</li><li>Ensure firm policies and procedures are adhered to in all client engagements</li></ul>
