An HR Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the smooth functioning of various HR processes. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, HRIS data management, and general employee support. The HR Coordinator acts as an organizational hub, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient communication within HR and across the organization. This position demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Typically, 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role is required. A college diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred, with an interest in pursuing an HR career. Typical HR coordinator duties:

Assist with full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.Coordinate new hire onboarding processes and prepare orientation materials.Maintain accurate employee records and manage data in the HR Information System (HRIS).Prepare HR-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.Assist with benefits administration and answer basic employee inquiries.Support HR projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement events).Manage HR departmental administrative tasks and record keeping.Ensure strict confidentiality of all HR-related information.
