A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential, with an MBA or other advanced degree highly preferred. A demonstrated understanding of the unique Canadian consumer landscape, market dynamics, and media environment is a critical requirement.

Develop and execute a multi-year marketing strategy to achieve business growth, brand recognition, and market share objectives.Lead, mentor, and manage the entire marketing department, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance.Oversee all marketing functions, including brand management, public relations, digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and market research.Define and champion the company’s brand identity, value proposition, and public-facing narrative.Collaborate with other C-suite executives (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO) to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with overall business strategy and financial goals.Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) and a data-driven approach to resource allocation.Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth, with a specific focus on the Canadian market.Serve as a key spokesperson for the company, engaging with media and stakeholders to enhance the organization's reputation and visibility.
