Jouw rol:<ul><li>Als Talent Management Specialist ben jij de belangrijkste ambassadeur voor het aantrekken van ons financiële talent pool. Je voert telefonische pre-screenings uit, doet face-to-face interviews, brengt carrièreverwachtingen in kaart, bespreekt waar mogelijk concrete jobopportuniteiten en geeft inzicht in carrièreperspectieven.</li><li>Je bespreekt potentiële kandidaten met de Business Managers.</li><li>Je neemt de vereiste assessments af en bespreekt de resultaten met de kandidaten.</li><li>Je verzamelt referenties van kandidaten om een beter beeld te krijgen van hun prestaties en om de verdere begeleiding van de toekomstige medewerker te ondersteunen.</li><li>Je assisteert samen met de TA Manager de coördinatie voor alle campusrekruteringsactiviteiten, brengt deze in kaart en stelt prioriteiten op basis van de bedrijfsbehoeften. Je neemt samen met andere teamleden deel aan deze activiteiten.
