<p>Voor een<strong> gerenommeerde Belgische </strong><strong>investeringsmaatschappij </strong>gelegen in de regio <strong>Antwerpen</strong>, zoeken wij een ervaren<strong> Corporate Financial Controller.</strong></p><p>Je komt terecht in een <strong>dynamische organisatie</strong> met een internationale portefeuille van private ondernemingen in uiteenlopende sectoren.</p><p><strong>Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit:</strong></p><ul><li>Group Financial Controlling (65%):<ul><li>High-level financial controlling van verschillende portfoliobedrijven (aan de hand van KPI's gebaseerd op winst- en verliesrekening, balans en kasstroom - inclusief actuals, forecast, budget, en variatie). </li><li>Voorbereiden van financiële rapportages overeenkomstig het "investment entity philosophy" (IFRS), waarbij de reële waarde van de portefeuille het centrale element is.</li><li>Opstellen en continu verbeteren van terugkerende managementrapportages naar alle relevante stakeholders (exco, raad van bestuur, aandeelhouders, banken, etc.), zowel vanuit operationeel perspectief (op het niveau van de portfoliobedrijven) als vanuit het perspectief van de Investment Entity (op groepsniveau).</li><li>Diepgaande controlling van de holdingsentiteiten.</li><li>Voorbereiden van statutaire groepsrapportages conform de Investment Entity richtlijnen volgens IFRS en actief communiceren met de externe auditor.</li><li>Uitvoeren van regelmatige controlling activiteiten op de holdingsentiteiten.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Treasury Management (20%):</li></ul><ul><ul><li>Fungeren als contactpersoon voor de senior bankiers van de groep.</li><li>Actief onderhandelen over langlopende financieringsovereenkomsten voor de holding en de acquisitiefinanciering van de portfoliobedrijven.</li><li>Toezicht houden op en beheren van het cashmanagement van de holding en enkele kernportfoliobedrijven door het opstellen van cashrapportages en dashboards.</li><li>Begeleiden van portfoliobedrijven bij het beheer van hun liquiditeiten, schulden en valutahedging.</li><li>Optreden als back-up voor onze cashmanager.</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Group Finance projecten (15%), zoals:</li></ul><ul><ul><li>Assisteren bij de onboarding van nieuwe portfoliobedrijven.</li><li>Analyseren van financiële due diligence rapporten van potentiële acquisitiekandidaten.</li><li>Analyse van de fiscale positie van de portfoliobedrijven in samenwerking met de groep tax advisor.</li><li>Assisteren bij de jaarlijkse groepswaardering, opgesteld door externe consultants.</li></ul></ul><p>Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO en werkt nauw samen met de portfoliobedrijven en het team voor consolidatie en rapportering van de holding.</p><p><strong>Jouw profiel:</strong></p><ul><li>Aantoonbare ervaring (minimaal 5 jaar) in financial controlling, audit of transactions.</li><li>Uitgebreide kennis van analyses, rapportering en dashboarding.</li><li>Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels en een goede kennis van het Frans (durven spreken).</li><li>Passie voor een combinatie van operationeel werk en projectmatig denken.</li><li>Een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak.</li><li>Een constructieve communicatiestijl en samenwerking om een breed scala aan stakeholders mee te krijgen.</li><li>Deadlines respecteren en visie mee uitdragen.</li></ul><p><strong>Het aanbod:</strong></p><p>Een impactvolle en gevarieerde functie binnen een dynamische en financieel stabiele Belgische investeringsmaatschappij met internationale aanwezigheid, waar ondernemerschap, prestatie en respect centraal staan.</p><p>Je kan rekenen op een aantrekkelijk loonpakket (inclusief bedrijfswagen), afgestemd op jouw ervaring.
