<p>Voor een van onze klanten, een toonaangevende speler in de verzekeringssector gevestigd in <strong>Brussel</strong>, is Robert Half momenteel op zoek naar een <strong>Underwriter Assistant</strong> SME (M/V/X).</p><p>Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving bij een bedrijf van ongeveer 100 medewerkers, waar samenwerking en professionalisme centraal staan.</p><p><strong>Jouw functie:</strong></p><ul><li>Je ondersteunt de Underwriters binnen de afdeling SME & Sales bij het afsluiten van verzekeringsoplossingen voor KMO's;</li><li>Je verzamelt informatie, analyseert risico's, behandelt offerte-aanvragen, werkt premievoorstellen uit en volgt offertes administratief op tot en met de realisatie;</li><li>Je stelt polissen en bijvoegsels op op basis van uitgewerkte offertes en dekkingsbevestigingen;</li><li>Je beheert en volgt zelfstandig aansprakelijkheidspolissen én premie-invorderingen op;</li><li>Je gebruikt interne IT-systemen voor input van polissen, bijvoegsels en premies en voor rapportering richting Management en Home Office;</li><li>Je staat klanten professioneel te woord, zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch.</li></ul><p><strong>Jouw profiel:</strong></p><ul><li>Je beschikt idealiter over een diploma Financie- en Verzekeringswezen of een eerste relevante ervaring binnen de verzekeringswereld;</li><li>Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Frans (goede kennis Engels is een pluspunt);</li><li>Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,...) en bent snel weg met diverse IT-tools;</li><li>Je bent communicatievaardig en punctueel;</li></ul><p><strong>Aanbod:</strong></p><ul><li>Vast voltijds contract (36 uur/week);</li><li>Flexibele werkuren;</li><li>Maaltijdcheques, eco-cheques, cadeaucheques;</li><li>Telewerk (tot 12 dagen/maand) en een netto vergoeding van minstens €154;</li><li>13de en 14de maand;</li><li>Cafetariaplan;</li><li>Hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering.</li></ul><p>Ben jij de detailgerichte en communicatieve Underwriter Assistant die wij zoeken?
