<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> <strong>Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Finance Manager (m/f/x) </strong>for a permanent position based in <strong>Laeken</strong>.</p><p>Our client is a fast growing company active in the <strong>audio industry</strong>.</p><p>As <strong>Finance Manager (m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><ul><li>Compile and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly reporting for a family-owned business and annual accounts for local and group audit</li><li>Reconciliation of local audit reports to German GAAP</li><li>Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures</li><li>Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met internally and externally</li><li>Management of the P&amp;L and Balance sheet to the prepared stage to pass to Group</li><li>Cost centre reporting and communicating to the business units</li><li>P&amp;L analysis against forecast and variances</li><li>Travel &amp; Entertainment reporting, tracking and communication</li><li>Cost and Purchase controls and process including monthly rolling forecast</li><li>Monthly Balance Sheet preparation, reconciliation and posting (Prepayments/Fixed Assets/Accruals)</li><li>Reporting and liaison regarding local regulations for all countries</li><li>Cash forecasting</li><li>Liaison with the banks</li><li>Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data</li><li>Present data to Finance and non-Finance colleagues on a regular basis</li><li>Act as a consultant and provide relevant data and knowledgeable feedback to the business when required to also include project work</li><li>Management responsibility for the Finance Team to include coaching and mentoring</li></ul><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the <strong>Finance Manager (m/f/x) </strong>position:</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years practical accounting/finance experience - commercial attitude</li><li>Qualified Accountant</li><li>Management Experience</li><li>Relevant experience in a commercial role/environment preferable</li><li>Strong and proven ability to communicate effectively</li><li>Previous exposure to audit requirements in the region</li><li>Strong analytical ability</li><li>Demonstrable Excel to include pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs/tables, filters and sorting</li><li>Language - Fluent in English, French and Dutch</li><li>Team Worker</li><li>Work well under pressure adhering to strict deadlines</li><li>ERP system/IT Skills and Advanced Excel</li><li>Analytical</li><li>Good communications skills</li><li>Organisational skills</li></ul><p>Interested in this position of<strong> Finance Manager (m/f/x)</strong> at a young and dynamic company?
