<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> <strong>Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Learning &amp; Development Manager (m/f/x) </strong>for a permanent position based in <strong>Brussels</strong>.</p><p>Our client is a fast growing company active in the <strong>retail and services sector.</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> </strong></p><p>As <strong>Learning &amp; Development Manager (m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><ul><li>Defining and implementing a European Learning &amp; Development strategy aligned with the company's overall HR and business strategy;</li><li>Designing, developing and delivering training and development programs covering sales, operations, leadership, management and coaching;</li><li>Supporting organizational change by developing training and communication initiatives related to new processes, systems and operational updates;</li><li>Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and producing regular reports on training deployment, performance and talent development;</li><li>Leading HR and cross-functional projects such as employer branding, employee journey initiatives and internal communication for operational teams.</li></ul><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the <strong>Learning &amp; Development Manager (m/f/x) </strong>position:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent through experience;</li><li>5 to 10 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development or Organizational Development within an international environment;</li><li>Experience managing and administering an LMS and designing training programs;</li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train and present to large groups;</li><li>Fluent in English and Dutch, with a good knowledge of French considered an asset.</li></ul><p>Interested in this position of<strong> Learning &amp; Development Manager (m/f/x)</strong> at a young and dynamic company?
