<p><strong>Robert Half Talent Solutions</strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Solo Legal Counsel (m/f/x) </strong>for a permanent position based in <strong>West-Vlaanderen</strong>.</p><p>Our client is an international company active in the <strong>manufacturing sector</strong>.</p><p>As <strong>Solo Legal Counsel (m/f/x) </strong>you will be <strong>responsible</strong> for:</p><ul><li>Proactively advising on legal risks, monitoring claims and disputes, and translating complex issues into clear insights.</li><li>Supporting contract management: reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will work on building an efficient and organized contract management system.</li><li>Managing the insurance portfolio, including claims and damage follow-up, in cooperation with the CEO/CFO.</li><li>Responsible for corporate housekeeping (among which organizing and minute-taking of board of directors and shareholders' meetings) and contributing to the further development of governance and ethics within the organization.</li><li>Collaborating closely with management and reporting directly to the CEO/CFO.</li></ul><p>The required <strong>profile</strong> for the <strong>Solo Legal Counsel (m/f/x) </strong>position:</p><p><em><strong>You possess:</strong></em></p><ul><li>A Master's degree in Law or equivalent experience, with at least three years of experience as an in-house legal counsel or in a similar role.</li><li>Given the international work environment, work experience in English is recommended but not a decisive factor.</li></ul><p><em><strong>You are:</strong></em></p><ul><li>Solution-oriented and hands-on, with the ability to make complex legal matters understandable.</li><li>Capable of collaborating effectively with both team members and management.</li></ul><p>Interested in this position of<strong> Solo Legal Counsel (m/f/x)</strong> at a young and dynamic company?
