You'll take ownership of a broad portfolio: from overseeing end-to-end recruitment (including direct involvement in senior-level hires), to shaping company policies and supporting leaders on complex people matters.</p><p> </p><p>Day-to-day, you'll manage the employee lifecycle - contracts, reviews, onboarding, and more - while also coaching and mentoring your HR team. Your expertise in employee relations and award interpretation will be crucial. Working closely with the Quality team, you'll also help ensure HR compliance for ISO 9001 accreditation.</p><p> </p><p>This hands-on position offers plenty of scope to drive continuous improvement, champion employee engagement, and design initiatives that attract and retain top talent.
