<table width="680"><tbody><tr><td width="507"><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We're supporting large-scale <strong>M&amp;A cutover activities</strong> and are seeking <strong>two End User Migration Technicians</strong> based in Perth to assist with on-site migrations at portfolio organisations.</p><p>This role is hands-on and customer-facing, focused on migrating end-user devices and accounts between Microsoft environments. You'll work closely with a wider migration team while supporting users through what can be a high-change period.</p><p>This is ideal for someone with strong EUC / desktop support experience who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and confident working directly with end users.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Intake of end-user devices and capture of user/device details</li><li>Execute laptop, desktop, and mobile device migrations between Microsoft environments</li><li>Support Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Office 365 cutovers</li><li>Run migration tools and scripts (e.g. Quest ODM, PowerShell)</li><li>Perform post-migration checks to ensure systems, apps, and access are working</li><li>Provide immediate post-migration desktop and application support</li><li>Escalate complex or high-impact issues to migration leads</li><li>Maintain professionalism with users who may be frustrated or impacted by change</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong background in <strong>corporate desktop / EUC support</strong></li><li>Experience supporting <strong>Windows devices</strong> and Microsoft Office</li><li>Solid troubleshooting skills (login issues, Office, connectivity, printers)</li><li>Exposure to <strong>Office 365 environments</strong></li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work accurately and follow defined migration processes</li><li>Comfortable working on-site in fast-paced, high-change environments</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>Quest ODM</strong></li><li>Exposure to <strong>Microsoft Intune / Entra ID</strong></li><li>Apple iOS device support experience</li><li>Prior involvement in <strong>M&amp;A or large-scale migration projects</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Regular travel required (typically <strong>4-5 days per week</strong>)</li><li>Some weekend travel/work may be required depending on cutover schedules</li><li>Must be able to cover hotel deposits and reclaim via expenses</li><li><strong>Australian driver's licence </strong></li></ul><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><h4><strong>This is a </strong><strong>on-site</strong> <strong>position.</strong></h4></td></tr></tbody></table><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
