<table width="680"><tbody><tr><td width="552"><p>We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager with strong Business Analysis and data migration experience to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Workday Financials implementation, including migration from Xero, business process redesign, and stakeholder engagement.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the delivery of Workday Financials (not HRIS) implementation, partneringwith Workday's implementation team.</li><li>Oversee and execute data migration from Xero, ensuring accuracy and completeness across GL, expense, and reporting data.</li><li>Act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, bridging business requirements and technical implementation.</li><li>Partner with SMEs and finance stakeholders to reshape and document business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).</li><li>Manage day-to-day project delivery, vendor coordination, RAID management, and progress reporting.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proven end-to-end Workday Financials implementation experience (essential).</li><li>Strong Project Management background with hands-on delivery in a lean or less structured environment.</li><li>Prior experience in Business Analysis, ideally having started career in that capacity.</li><li>Deep understanding of accounting processes, GL structure, and financial workflows.</li><li>Experience leading data migration from legacy systems (ideally Xero).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with vendors, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes collaboratively.</li><li>Strong stakeholder engagement and business process mapping skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Desirable</strong></p><ul><li>Experience within financial services or asset management.</li><li>Understanding of real estate accounting systems and processes.</li><li>Prior exposure to integration projects involving multiple financial systems</li></ul><p> </p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
