You'll work closely with experienced partners and gain valuable exposure to M&amp;A processes, financial modelling, due diligence, and business performance strategy.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Financial Management / FP&amp;A:</strong></p><ul><li>Produce monthly management reports with detailed KPI and variance analysis</li><li>Build dashboards and develop performance monitoring tools</li><li>Lead budget and forecasting processes across multiple clients</li><li>Drive process improvement and automation in financial analysis and reporting</li><li>Liaise with clients and deliver insight-driven financial commentary</li><li>Collaborate with senior consultants to provide advisory input across multiple sectors</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Due Diligence (FDD):</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare FDD workbooks and quality of earnings analyses</li><li>Conduct in-depth reviews of financial statements, cash flow, and working capital</li><li>Identify unusual trends and non-recurring items for normalisation</li><li>Analyse and highlight debt/debt-like items and working capital requirements</li><li>Draft sections of FDD/VDD reports with clear, professional commentary</li><li>Collaborate with partners and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>You are a qualified CA or CPA with a track record of delivering high-quality work in both industry and transaction advisory environments.
