Digital Marketing Campaign Manager - APAC

With a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region, the company is expanding its digital capabilities to better engage consumers and healthcare professionals.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead strategy and execution</strong> of regional digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market needs.</li><li><strong>Plan and manage consumer awareness campaigns</strong> (e.g. disease awareness in obesity and related conditions) to drive public engagement and direct consumers to healthcare professionals.</li><li><strong>Collaborate across regions</strong> - acting as the key contact between the APAC COE, in-country teams, agencies, and the global headquarters in Copenhagen.</li><li><strong>Oversee paid media execution</strong> across key platforms including <strong>Meta, Google, Naver, TikTok, Reddit</strong>, and other social/digital channels.</li><li><strong>Guide website and content updates</strong> (Adobe Experience Manager, SEO/SEM best practice).</li><li><strong>Manage agency partnerships</strong> - from briefing and coordination to performance tracking and optimisation.</li><li><strong>Support influencer and digital leader initiatives</strong>, including mapping micro-influencers, establishing dashboards, training country teams, and building engagement infrastructure.</li><li><strong>Work with analytics SMEs</strong> to review campaign performance data, identify optimisations, and establish regional benchmarks for digital activity.</li><li><strong>Champion compliance and governance</strong> across all digital activity, ensuring campaigns adhere to pharmaceutical marketing regulations.</li><li><strong>Contribute to building the APAC COE</strong>, helping define frameworks, benchmarks, and best practices for digital execution.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in digital marketing, ideally across consumer or FMCG industries with strong grounding in performance marketing.
