<table width="680"><tbody><tr><td width="507"><p>We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong insurance domain knowledge to join our growing data and reporting team.</p><p>In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and reporting specialists to deliver insights and solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the organisation.</p><p>You do not need to be technical (SQL, Power BI), but you do need to have insurance domain experience to be able to effectively engage with your stakeholders.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><p>· Collaborate with business units to gather, analyse, and document data and reporting requirements.</p><p>· Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and data models.</p><p>· Support the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.</p><p>· Identify data quality issues and work with teams to improve data integrity and governance.</p><p>· Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.</p><p>· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the data and reporting space.</p><p> </p><p>About you:</p><p>· Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry.</p><p>· Strong understanding of areas such as policy, claims, underwriting, brokerage, fees and commissions.</p><p>· Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.</p><p>· Familiar with data reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and SQL or data querying concepts - beneficial</p><p>· Excellent communication and documentation skills.</p><p>· Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.</p><p> </p><p>The client is based in the CBD and operates a hybrid working model (3/2).</p><p> </p><p><em>Reference Number: </em>06800-0013313046</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
