This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in Shenton Park, with occasional coverage required at the Myaree Clinic.</p><p>Key details:</p><ul><li>Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.</li><li>Immediate start</li><li>Responsibilities include:</li><ul><li>Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clinicians.</li><li>Booking, managing, and ensuring appointments run smoothly.</li><li>Maintaining accurate patient medical records and ensuring all documentation is updated promptly.</li><li>Processing billing for private patients, DVA, NDIS, and third parties such as workers' compensation and insurance claims.</li><li>Undertaking administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, mailing documentation, and receipting parcels and returned items.</li></ul></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p>Our client is looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic medical setting and can contribute to creating a positive experience for patients.
