This is a great opportunity to bring your technical know-how and customer service skills into a fast-paced, supportive environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide on-site and remote support for end-user devices (Windows &amp; MacOS).</li><li>Assist with computer changeovers, software installation, and configuration.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>Support lifecycle and asset management activities.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service across all support channels.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in <strong>end-user computing support</strong> (Level 2).</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>Windows 10/11, MacOS, Active Directory, Office365, device management software, and antivirus tools</strong>.</li><li>Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.</li><li>Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable:</strong> ITIL v3 Foundation or related industry certifications.</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You're hands-on, approachable, and enjoy helping people.
