As a true business partner, you'll work closely with key stakeholders, including General Managers, the CEO, and the Chairman, to ensure the financial integrity and success of the business.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the preparation of <strong>monthly financial statements</strong>and provide detailed <strong>management reporting</strong>.</li><li>Analyse <strong>monthly results</strong>and assess variances against budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Build out <strong>annual budgets and forecasts</strong>, ensuring accuracy and insight.</li><li>Drive <strong>process improvement</strong>within the finance team.</li><li>Develop and maintain <strong>dashboard and KPI reporting</strong>for better insights.</li><li>Engage in <strong>investment assessment</strong>, due diligence, and make informed recommendations to senior leadership.</li><li>Manage <strong>group insurance policies</strong>and provide ad-hoc support to leadership as needed.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the <strong>Internal Property Management Team</strong>on month-end tasks.</li><li>Ensure the <strong>integrity</strong>of financial accounting records and compliance with accounting systems.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong><br /> ✔ <strong>Qualifications</strong>: CA or CPA qualified preferred, with at least <strong>7 years of finance experience</strong>. A background in professional services and/or commercial settings preferred.<br /> ✔ <strong>Technical Competence</strong>: Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial analysis and modelling.<br /> ✔ <strong>Preferred Skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>Prior experience in the <strong>property industry</strong>(desirable, not essential).</li><li>Strong technical knowledge coupled with great financial acumen.</li><li>A track record of designing and implementing <strong>internal controls</strong>. ✔<strong>Personal Attributes</strong>:</li><li>Autonomous, proactive, and adept at improving processes.</li><li>A true team player with <strong>excellent interpersonal and communication skills</strong>, both written and verbal.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What's in It for You?</strong><br /> You'll join a friendly team culture that values collaboration and celebrates hard work.
