Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you'll help shape and execute strategic initiatives. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of systems, technology, and team leadership across the data platform build they are undergoing. The business will want innovation and enterprise level experience with Azure, Power BI, Fabric and Data Engineering practices.</p><p><strong>Your Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Design Business Intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI to meet business requirements</li><li>Gather and understand business requirements for data visualization and analysis</li><li>Develop and implement Business Intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI to meet business requirements</li><li>Create complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis.</li><li>Ensure data security and compliance with best practices</li><li>Participate on IT projects as a technology SME</li><li>Collaborate with integration engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes.</li><li>Collaborate with the relevant team members to engineer and support IAL's data platform - Microsoft Fabric</li><li>Monitor and maintain Business Intelligence reports to ensure data accuracy, high availability and performance</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues in produced Business Intelligence reports as required</li></ul><p><br /><strong>About You</strong></p><p>You have exceptional technical know-how and a real passion for the end-to-end solutions that drive the user experience and customer happiness.
