This is not your average accounting role: you'll play a key part in the financial heartbeat of a fast-moving, high-profile business.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Partnering with managers to deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting throughout the tour lifecycle</li><li>Driving financial performance by tracking sales, merchandise, and revenue streams, while identifying opportunities to maximise profitability</li><li>Managing end-to-end finance functions including invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliations, and final settlement reporting</li><li>Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and contract terms, preparing for artist and stakeholder audits</li><li>Providing strategic support through variance analysis, reconciliations, and creative solutions to unique touring challenges</li><li>Building strong stakeholder relationships through transparent reporting and proactive communication</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p>You're not just technically strong, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and love the challenge of supporting complex projects with many moving parts.
