This role will suit someone with deep expertise in <strong>Microsoft's Data &amp; AI ecosystem</strong> and a proven ability to bridge business needs with cutting-edge technical execution.</p><p>You will lead the design and delivery of intelligent AI solutions-including <strong>autonomous agents that streamline workflows and enhance decision-making</strong>-leveraging tools such as <strong>Microsoft Fabric, Open AI, and advanced AI frameworks</strong>.</p><p>This is a hands-on lead role, providing architectural oversight while still contributing to solution design, development, and deployment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end <strong>AI architectures</strong> using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, and Cognitive Services.</li><li>Develop and deploy <strong>intelligent AI agents</strong> with frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and LangChain, integrated with enterprise applications</li><li>Drive <strong>data engineering</strong> initiatives, building scalable pipelines and lakehouses with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Data Factory.</li><li>Implement <strong>MLOps best practices</strong> including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and monitoring with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with <strong>Responsible AI</strong>, security, and governance frameworks within Azure Purview and Microsoft Compliance Center.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to deliver solutions that achieve measurable business outcomes.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong><br /> You are a forward-thinking AI leader with a passion for <strong>scalable, secure, and impactful AI solutions</strong>.
