<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Robert Half is currently recruiting a temporary <strong>Management Accountant</strong> for 4 months to assist over the holiday period with management reporting, analysis and commentary as well as business partnering in a dynamic and complex business.</p><p>This company fosters a great work culture and will suit candidates on working holiday visas, however, this is open to short- and long-term work rights.</p><p>The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in <strong>financial analysis</strong> and industry exposure within medium- to large-sized organizations.</p><p>A strong foundation of finance analysis and stakeholder relationship building skills will be critical to the success of this contract as you will be required to work with key stakeholders and managers to provide routine financial updates.</p><p>This role offers <strong>work-from-home flexibility</strong>!</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting to the CFO, duties included in this role include:</p><ul><li>Management reporting</li><li>Variance analysis of budgets vs actuals</li><li>Profit &amp; loss analysis</li><li>Budgeting / Forecasting</li><li>Financial / expenditure analysis</li><li>Revenue against budget analysis</li><li>Ad-hoc duties as requested</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
