<p><strong>The Company</strong></p><p>Our client is a highly regarded IT managed service provider based in the CBD of Melbourne whose focus is combining excellent technical solutions and delivering exceptional service to their customers.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will primarily provide Level 2 support and assist in the delivery of projects to a range of client's Microsoft environments.</p><p>More specific duties are highlighted below:</p><ul><li>Support and maintain the M365 suite of products (AzureAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)</li><li>Support and maintain cloud platforms, primarily MS Azure</li><li>Support on-prem infrastructure solutions across the compute, network and storage layers</li><li>Assist with project tasks.</li></ul><p> </p><p>On offer is the opportunity to work in supportive environment with an emphasis on personal and career development.</p><p>The role will predominantly be a WFH with expectations of attending the office 2-3 times a month.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver first class customer service.
