Workflow Coordinator

The hours will be from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, on-site in the Leederville office.</p><p>Responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><strong>Valuation Workflow Management</strong>: Accept and record new valuation requests, book property inspections, and make sure all documents are accurate and correctly organised.</li><li><strong>Scheduling and Coordination</strong>: Schedule property inspections, plan valuers' calendars for efficiency, and work with clients and valuers to keep things running smoothly.</li><li><strong>Customer Service &amp; Communication</strong>: Be the main contact for clients, answering questions, giving updates, solving or reporting issues, and managing daily calls and emails to provide great customer service.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong><br /> This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance multiple priorities and is not afraid to pick up the phone.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have:</p><ul><ul><li>Previous experience in office administration or customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality or call centre.</li><li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail and data accuracy.
